The one that came to mind is an oldie from the 80's or 90's called The Punishment Man. I think it was CalStar. I will see if I have it if nobody else does. I only remember it because the trailer for it was on another spanking vhs tape I "found" when I was a teenager and watched over and over. 😉

Description: Well, very sadly, the french martinet, in France, was for kids. A female partner (not a pro, so you will not show her face) played with me, with it. Not really so painfull for adults, but was a complete terror for french kids. Another female partner said to me this week she was in complete terror of it when she was a little girl. That gave me, in a certain way, the idea to upload this very short video. First because now, fortunately this time is gone. This not a recent video at all, not in 4K but just in HD, just an extract of a very long play, between two consenting ADULTS. ADULTS / CONSENTING. Easy no ? This extract is for you.
