The version I have here came from the site Strict Women, during a time when they occasionally posted videos by other publishers such as Kelly Payne (possibly the two brands were in partnership for a brief time) and a few "indie" pro dommes.
Although this movie includes both Strict Women and Tantrum Trainers (Kelly's site) in the credits, I have always assumed it was made by a third company as it doesn't match either SW or TT in terms of either actors or set/location. It looks much more like it was shot at a professional "dungeon" with a fetish medical room (check out that equipment, Kelly and SW both had nothing this realistic in their "medical" scene videos), which would match with the way SW at the time were posting seemingly random videos with various dommes. Co-star Mistress Sonya also had half a dozen "solo" short videos posted on SW too, however, so possibly she was shooting for them, part of this third studio, or providing her own videos.
Regardless of the history and in spite of being a pretty low quality copy (if anyone has it in higer resolution or a different format, please share it), it's a really fun FFF/M movie from an era when spanking videos were still making the transition between "short clips" and "full movies".
