Well...if we are being pedantic, I actually used two of them. Oh my.. what a crime...I may get thrown out of the forum in disgrace. In my defence, I consulted with texting professionals (my young granddaughters) who assured me that a couple of exclamation marks is hardly shouting in the texting world. The muse came upon me then and I composed the following in reply.
There was a young lady called Schleuderfee
Whose behaviour on here was unacceptable to me
I would have lectured her roundly
And spanked her soundly
If I could only have got to Berlin for free.
Not exactly Rabbie Burns but you get the picture. I think a certain Irishman would appreciate the little poem.

I'm sorry to have to report that the recent Irish initiative appears to have had no effect on the prevailing levels of Teutonic sassiness.
But have no fear - I consider it my patriotic duty as a mixed-blood English and Irishman to avenge the honour of our Island races against all such manifestations of Germanic brattiness, and in 3 days time will embark on a sustained attempt to eradicate all traces of Deutsche Frechheit, starting right at the bottom.
Mind you, if previous experience is anything to go by, I wouldn't hold your breath.
