If you plan to do a few of these threads .. it's fast/simple to convert to x264/MP4 using Handbrake, because ".rm" is pretty antiquated.

Thanks for this. I've used Handbrake and changed to mp4 using the settings in photo. Hope that's OK.

Yep, just set the quality at CRF 18, otherwise you can leave everything default and it should be just fine!
