Yes it's basically spanking BUT much more dangerous and visible for the recipient. Also I feel this guy may experience some sort of brain damage in later life. Furies have some very hot "face slappers" though.
Not to mention the danger of losing hearing ability. Especially when the girl spinned around for the face slap without looking at the target. In my opinion irresponsible.

It's a huge turn on when you're in the mood for it. I've had it done to me twice, a long time ago. I'm not in a rush to repeat it but I don't regret it - I just quite like my face intact!
