Thanks, but I don't think that's the same version, sadly. Same video, but lower quality and with a dodgy "XXX-Tube" intro slapped on the start. I was really wanting the proper video as posted on OnlySpanking.

I get audio only in VLC and windows media player says I need to buy a HEVC something. What player do you guys use?
Works in VLC for me. For Media Player, Microsoft will try to sell you a HEVC codec but there is a free way to get it. There are lots of guides on how to get the previously-available free version that now only shows up as paid in the MS store. Don't pay for it! 🙂
EDIT: I added a quick guide below. Search that site by product ID. You want the HEVC one. This is for Windows 11 but likely works with at least Windows 10 too.

These .appxbundle files are installers, so simply double-click on them to install.

From the generated links by Adguard, you only need to download the .appxbundle file.
These installers also require that the Windows Store is installed. If you use a customized Windows installation that does not include it, then you need to install that first.
The codecs will be updated automatically by the Windows Store.
You can uninstall these codecs via Windows Settings. Same way as you uninstall other items downloaded from the Microsoft store.
You can do a silent unattended installation using this PowerShell command:
Add-AppxPackage -Path "c:\path\to\installerfile.AppxBundle"
When I get that with VLC, I open the file with the Windows default Media Player.
