LUPUS/RGE

I know this is a long shot, but let's give it a try.

Does anyone have ( or remember what film) this is: Only thing I'm sure it is a Lupus/RGE film.
In the film one blond girl gets home in the middle of the night hoping no one is awake anymore.
However parents are awake and she gets a bare bottom spanking with a spatula ( or hairbrush?) right there in the living room
