Hmm. Think it's going to be hard. Niko has thousands of videos, many of which he does not allow into the public domain, so it's like looking for a needle in a something.
Niko told me the young lady changed her mind about being on the internet. I believe it might be part of his private for sale collection.
1. Why would he wait?
2. How and why could she have contacted him anyway?
3. That means? She now is NOT on the internet?

so as this is only the private sale it is totally ok and no ones rights are being infringed as it is NOT on the internet?
What in the name of blue bloody hell are you talking about? It's been said she was under legal age, and also then did not want her experience shown on the internet. So if it WAS posted, then that was going against her wishes, and her rights would have been infringed.

@Trollheart. Nothing of what you construct out of the above claims is what these claim.
1. The girl must have contacted him when she was underage, lied about her age.
2. When she had turned 18, he spanked and filmed her obviously, that is why she appears in the above clip posted.
3. Some undefinded time later she changed her mind and did NOT want to be on the net anymore.
Quite logic because she obviously didn't want her to be shown on internet when she wasn't even filmed while underage.
All of that is what the above postings state and I can't imagine how and why someone could construct anything else out of those clear claims.
What remains is - if the decision of the girl holds true - the infringement of her rights. Nothing more and nothing less.
