From the many Sanwa Mooks I have purchased over the years in Japan, I have ripped the attached media (DVD) and provide you with a folder containing the mkv's in one archive.
The Media is a collection that also includes some rare footage from cutiespankee (as it was featured in the book).
Considering the production date, the time the quality and bit rate are impressive. It would be certainly a good thing to enhance it.
I do not have seen this one posted yet anywhere.
