It hasn't been identified, but there's a clip of one in my "does anyone know any of these videos?" thread (first post).

I seem to recall RealSpanking Network has a couple, and maybe GBS... I will have a look tomorrow. I suspect Chelsea Pfeiffer does it a bit, but I don't have many of her videos to check.

Personally, I'd love to see such videos myself! 😛
