Here are the cover and description of it.Does anyone have any clues? Thanks.
Description: 2 pupils, who are going to study in South Africa, are caught by matron with a cigarette at the train station. After being taken to see Miss Lancer the head mistress they are made to change uniform and are punished in the South African style to show them that going to SA will not be a holiday! Watch as these 2 pupils are punished with the strap and cane by Miss Lancer and the Matron!
