If it does exist, it is almost certainly by Northern Spanking. Rawhide above is Northern Spanking and the location is identical along with the spanker who is a regular on Northern Spanking. I found the following 4 part series in my Northern Spanking collection. It has the three actors, different nurses outfits and different clothes on Stephen Lewis, the spanker. This is titled Rent and the one you are looking for is titled Rental Agreement. Close but no cigar!!

You should be able to check on the Northern Spanking website (when it's back up again). It has a logo by each title to show whether its a video or photos only.

I just assumed the Northern spanking site was gone for good. I tried to get the pictures but you need a subscription to ufile and I could not find them anywhere else?
