But if you refuse to do reups, than perhaps you need to find a way to keep your posts up longer; a different host or something. Most of us don't live on here; we go to work, your posts are often gone when we get home... we go to bed, same thing. I can hear the frustration in people, and rightfully so.

I feel your pain. I do. And I have been looking at alternatives, but there's not a lot. Fileditch is less than useless - takes about three to four times as long to upload the files; Mega is a pile of crap with their 20 GB limit and anywhere else either wants money or only holds files for a few hours. I'm open to suggestions, and will try two other hosters for the next posts. The fact that I'm in a different time zone to most of you is nothing I can control, but obviously if I/we can find a hoster that holds on to the files for at least 24 hours we should have a chance.

I understand, and thank you for trying, and all that you do. I know the frustration of finding a good host (even Googled how to make one myself - a little beyond my ability); keep it up.

Yeah I considered that too. Unfortunately that then makes you directly responsible for the uploads, which puts you in the legal crosshairs. Best to let someone else take the flak, even if it means they keep deleting your files.

I'd be grateful for any feedback on how this hoster works - can you download files? Are they fast or slow? Do they last (at least up to the promised 48 hours)? Thanks.

It's very slowly (100 KB/S).
Kiwi working fine. I download an 500MB file one second.
Fileditch also working.
I don't understand why Gofile deleted very quickly your uploaded files. I uploaded a California Star videos fourteen hours ago and is still available now.
You uploaded my content request(Red Back Porch) and your uploaded deleted after hours. Other member upload other videos my thread and still available on Gofile.

I find Fileditch impossibly slow to upload to. Ufile is about the same (still fucking going) and honestly Kiwi is slow too, but of the three about the best.

I imagine it's possible that because my IP is constantly uploading files for the last few days that it's tipped some alarm and now they're watching it, so anything that comes from me, whether it be a 2-hour spanking video or a recipe for coffee walnut cake just gets blasted. A case of "It's him it's him it's him it's him!"

Don't think I can go near Gofile now for, well, a long time, so I need to have alternatives. The P2P thing is likely to be too slow (instant upload, eternal download) so I probably can't use that. But I'll continue my search.

Im pretty sure you already know that mate but vpn can help with the ip thingi ,

Yes but VPN invariably halves my download speed, and god knows what it would do to my upload! Just not worth it (though I might try the built-in one, which doesn't seem to be as bad).

Just to back up what I was saying, my download/upload speeds before and after enabling Opera's built-in VPN (guess which is which)?

And don't tell me that's because it's a cheap built-in job. I've used Nord, TOR, Cyber Ghost and Norton, as well as others. They're all the same. Chop my connection speed to the walking pace of a turtle in no hurry to get to its destination. Not worth it.
